New Jersey based MRS BPO LLC, one of the country’s premier accounts receivable management firms, was recently named as recipient of two new, long term first party contracts that will add approximately 100 jobs at the Cherry Hill headquarters during the first quarter.
These contracts are made up of an early stage servicing unit for a new client in the FINTECH industry as well as a mid-stage servicing unit for a Top 5 Auto Captive lender who is also a third party client of MRS. Both programs launched in December and are ramping up through February.
Each project had tight deliverable windows to accommodate for the end-of-year holiday season and MRS committed to launch both simultaneously in order to meet dates needed for client deadlines. “The fact that we hired 50 people and had them ready to make calls within a 45 day window is a testament to our entire organization. Recruiting, HR, Training, Operations and IT worked together flawlessly to start up two complex programs,” commented Co-CEO Saul Freedman.

MRS is actively hiring for first party and third party programs in our Cherry Hill headquarters and Westerville, OH office. “We’ve had great recent growth in our first party business, but our third party business continues to expand and we’re in the process of onboarding three new third party clients in both locations,” said Chief Growth Officer Chris Repholz.
